All entries must be received by the Deadline. PRIZE AND RETAIL VALUE: One (1) $10 Gift Card to a local Minnesota establishment. Total ARV: $10.00. Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted. Sponsor is responsible for prize delivery within thirty (30) days of winner verification per MN Stat. 325F.755. WINNER SELECTION & CLAIM PERIOD: One (1) winner will be selected via random drawing within 30 days of the Deadline. Notification: Winner will be contacted solely via Instagram Direct Message from @LocalGemGuide. Claim Deadline: Winner must respond and provide a valid name/email/phone/mailing address/preferred shop within five (5) business days. If a profile already exists as an unclaimed profile, claiming and completing the profile satisfies this requirement. No purchase necessary to win. A purchase does not change chances of winning.
