Promotion Terms: Offer valid only for the first five (5) restaurants to fill out a completed restaurant profile as determined by Local Gem Guide’s systems. If a profile already exists as an unclaimed profile, claiming and completing the profile satisfies this requirement.  Profile must adhere to all Local Gem Guide policies and guidelines. Prize includes eight (8) consecutive weeks of leaderboard advertising with 20% rotational weight; no pauses or extensions permitted. Ads ending prematurely forfeit remaining time. Ad campaign must launch within four (4) weeks of prize issuance or offer is forfeited. Limit one per legal entity. No purchase necessary to win. No cash value. Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Local Gem Guide for any liabilities incurred in relation to their ads for this contest. Local Gem Guide reserves the right to approve all creative assets/destinations and may modify or cancel the promotion at any time. Promotional term expires 30-APR-2026. If five(5) users haven’t claimed an offering, the remaining offers will go unredeemed. The terms on this site will be supersede any other locations, except where the terms explicitly state they are the superceeding agreement.
